Switzerland Mulls Law, That Would Jail People For Heating Their Homes Above Limit.
The Swiss who aren't members of the EU as far as I understand, are planning to jail citizens for their pursuit of happiness. I'm sure the jails will be warmer that home anyway, so this should be a an easy decision to make for the Swiss citizens. Go fill the jails up. Hopefully, three square meals will be provided and it will be warmer there than at their residences.
